What makes our requests different
- The permit question is settled. Every request includes our initial assessment for the canton and municipality. If an application is needed, we take care of it. You sell, we deal with the authorities.
- You see the project first. Product, size, location, timeframe, budget and wishes. You receive the name, address and phone number as soon as you accept.
- Three companies at most. Every request states how many companies it goes to. Anyone who does not respond within 2 working days is skipped.
- One click is enough. Accept, decline, record the status: straight from the e-mail, with no account and no app.

You pay only for requests you accept. Declining costs nothing.

Amounts plus 8.1 % VAT. The first 3 accepted requests are free of charge. No subscription, no base fee, no minimum volume, can be paused at any time. If the contact details are wrong or a request is obviously not genuine, we credit the fee. Billed monthly.
For manufacturers and importers
Do you sell your products through dealers and installers? We route requests for your products to your partners in the relevant region. Your brand appears with a link on the matching product pages as soon as you have approved the listing. Every month you receive an overview of all requests in your network, from acceptance to order. We agree the terms with you personally.
And the other way round
Your customer needs a building permit? Register the project with us, we take care of the application and you receive up to CHF 200 commission. Partner programme for building applications
How we select companies
We work with companies based in Switzerland and listed in the commercial register. Before activation, we talk to you in person. If customers repeatedly report that nobody has contacted them, we pause the listing. This keeps quality high for everyone.
