Why we exist
baubewilligt.ch was founded by a blinds and sun protection specialist. Pergola, louvred roof, awning, carport: anyone investing in their patio and garden sooner or later asks the same question, do I need a building permit? The answer depends on the design, use, location and local regulations. These are exactly the details that need to be brought together for the building submission.
For small structures, product data, location, forms and plans have to be brought together. Our service supports homeowners and specialist companies with this preparation and the submission, at the agreed fixed price.
Who is behind it
SL Handel GmbH, registered office in Zug, commercial register of the Canton of Zug. Managing director Selajdin Loki, sun protection specialist (Polybau EFZ) with installation and service experience in Central Switzerland. Before you commission us, we clarify which qualified plan authors or additional specialists need to be involved in a project.

How we work
- Fact-based: every assessment cites the legal basis. You will find all official sources on cantons and municipalities in the list of sources. Our rules table for 9 cantons and 8 structure types cites the cantonal bases; for the specific dossier we check the local requirements.
- Honest: if a project cannot be approved, we tell you before the dossier, not after.
- Digital, but reachable: email, WhatsApp, digital signature. A human replies.
- Data protection: information on how your details are processed and on the service providers we use can be found in our privacy policy.
