Preliminary assessment
Within 2 working days you know whether it is permit-free, needs a notification or a building application, with procedure, documents and fee range.
Approval
You confirm via a payment link and sign the power of attorney digitally.
Application file
We prepare the forms, building description, site plan, floor plan, section and attachments, complete and in line with municipal requirements.
Submission
You sign, we submit (online or by post) and confirm receipt to you.
Decision
We answer the municipality's questions. You receive the authority's decision and information on the next steps.
What we need from you
- Address and (if known) plot number
- 3 to 5 photos of the site (façade, patio, towards the boundary)
- Dimensions or the manufacturer's drawing of your product
- For condominium or co-ownership: consent of the owners' community
- For retrospective applications: the letter from the municipality
What we obtain ourselves
- Cadastral plan from the official survey (cantonal geoportal)
- Zoning plan and building and zoning regulations of your municipality
- Cantonal forms, fact sheets, fee schedule
- Inventory and protection status (ISOS, cantonal inventories)
