Sign the power of attorney

It allows us to submit the application in your name. It applies only to this project.

  1. Download PDFYour details are already filled in.
  2. Print and signIn the field highlighted in yellow, with place and date.
  3. Send a photoTake a photo of the page with the signature. The photo is sent straight away.

    No printer?

    Sign online now. That way we can start straight away. We will then send you the power of attorney for the municipality by post, with a prepaid return envelope.

    Send photos and plans

    3 to 5 photos of the site and the manufacturer's drawing with dimensions. If available, also the letter from the municipality. We obtain the cadastral plan, zoning plan and regulations ourselves.

      The files are stored encrypted in private storage. Only we have access, and we use them only for your application.

      Consent of other people

      Only needed for co-ownership, tenancy, condominium ownership or if neighbours are to give consent.

      Create a link for the person here. They receive the document already filled in, in their language, and sign it in the same three steps. If they have no printer, we send it to them by post.
